Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By signing up, you declare you are at least 18 years old and accept these Terms in full.

2. Service scope

Applier provides automation of job applications on portals via AI. We do not guarantee market outcomes (interviews, offers) - we guarantee only the volume of applications per the contracted plan.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe. Activities performed with your account are your responsibility. Notify us immediately in case of compromise.

4. Billing

Monthly or quarterly subscriptions charged on a recurring cycle. Cancel in 1 click on the dashboard; the service remains active until the end of the billing period.

Free plan with no time limit. On paid plans, full refund in the first 7 days of the first subscription - just talk to one of our agents.

5. Intellectual property

The platform, code, trained models, and brand belong to Applier. You retain ownership of your resume, professional data, and generated applications.

6. Liability limitations

Applier is not liable for: third-party portal policies (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) that may restrict automation; market outcomes; service downtime (SLA commitment: 99.5% monthly on Pro, 99.9% on Ultimate).

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend accounts in case of abusive use (application spam, false data, payment fraud). You may terminate your account at any time via the dashboard.

8. Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. Jurisdiction: São Paulo, SP, Brazil.
