Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By signing up, you declare you are at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to contract, and accept these Terms in full. If you are using the platform on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind it to these terms.

2. Service scope

Applier provides AI-powered job application automation on job portals: (a) automated search across multiple portals and proprietary ATS; (b) generative AI creation of tailored resumes and cover letters; (c) 24/7 automatic applications; and (d) an analytics performance dashboard.

The Applier browser extension (Chrome/Chromium) is an integral part of the services and enables automation on portals requiring authenticated sessions (LinkedIn, Gupy, Catho).

We do not guarantee market outcomes (interviews, offers) — we guarantee the application volume per your contracted plan, as described in Section 4.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activities performed with your account. Notify us immediately in case of compromise.

Each individual may maintain only one account. Duplicate accounts to circumvent plan limits will be suspended.

You may terminate your account at any time via "Settings > Close Account" in the dashboard. After termination, residual backups are deleted within 30 days, except billing data (5-year retention required by law).

4. Plans and Billing

Current plans available at applier.me/#pricing. All plan prices and limits are defined exclusively in the backend (GET /api/plans) and displayed in real time on the site and checkout dashboard. The Free plan has no expiration. Paid plans (Pro and Ultimate) have monthly or quarterly billing cycles with automatic renewal.

Billing: recurring monthly or quarterly, auto-renewing on the subscription date. Payment methods: credit card, debit card, and PIX via Stripe and Mercado Pago.

Cancel in 1 click on the dashboard; service remains active until the end of the paid period. Full refund within the first 7 days of the first subscription — just talk to one of our agents. Pro-rated refunds are not available after the 7th day.

We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days notice. Active users keep their current price until the end of the current billing cycle.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to: (a) use the platform exclusively for legitimate job seeking; (b) provide true and accurate professional data; (c) not use the platform for spam, fraud, or illegal activities; (d) not submit bulk applications to the same job; (e) not attempt to circumvent plan limits via multiple accounts; (f) not reverse engineer, perform unauthorized scraping of the platform, or extract AI models.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

6. Intellectual property

The platform, source code, trained AI models, proprietary algorithms, and the "Applier" brand are our exclusive property. You retain full ownership of your resume, professional data, cover letters, and generated applications.

By using the platform, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your professional data exclusively for: (a) providing the contracted services; (b) improving AI models in aggregated and anonymized form; (c) generating anonymized market statistics. This license terminates upon account closure.

7. Liability limitations

Applier is not liable for: (a) third-party portal policies (LinkedIn, Indeed, Gupy, Catho, etc.) that may restrict, limit, or ban the use of automation — it is the user's responsibility to check each portal's terms; (b) market outcomes (interviews, offers, hires); (c) temporary service unavailability (SLA commitment: 99.5% monthly on Pro, 99.9% on Ultimate); (d) indirect damages, lost profits, or loss of opportunity.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Privacy and browser extension

Personal data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Applier browser extension operates exclusively on authorized job portal domains (LinkedIn, Gupy, Catho, Indeed) and only to enable application automation. The extension does not collect browsing data outside these portals.

Session cookies collected by the extension are end-to-end encrypted (AES-256-GCM) and transmitted exclusively to our servers via TLS 1.3. You may revoke access to any portal individually.

9. Affiliate program

Affiliate program participants earn a 20% commission on each paid subscription (Pro or Ultimate) referred through their unique link. Commissions are calculated monthly and paid via PIX when the accumulated balance reaches R$100.00. Fraudulent clicks, self-referral, or use of paid traffic with the "Applier" brand results in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of accumulated commissions.

Affiliates act as independent partners, with no employment relationship, partnership, or commercial representation with Applier.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts, at our sole discretion, in case of: violation of these Terms, abusive use, payment fraud, recurring chargebacks, inactivity exceeding 24 months (with 30 days prior notice), or legal/regulatory requirement.

You may terminate your account at any time via "Settings > Close Account" in the dashboard. Personal data is removed within 30 days per the Privacy Policy.

11. General provisions

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. Jurisdiction: São Paulo, SP, Brazil. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force. Failure to exercise any right shall not constitute a waiver.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email with 30 days notice. Continued use after the new terms take effect constitutes acceptance.
