Frequently asked questions.
Who can participate?
Active content creators on any platform with audience related to career, HR, tech or productivity. We do not require a minimum follower count - we look at engagement and relevance. Recent grads who maintain a blog/channel about career transitions are welcome.
How do I get paid?
Via Pix on the 10th of each month, referring to the previous month. No minimum volume - if you generated R$ 8.97 this month, you receive that amount. We issue invoices/RPA for legal-entity affiliates or request a simple receipt for individuals.
Can I use paid traffic?
Yes, with restrictions: you cannot bid on keywords containing "Applier" (brand protection). You can use Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads etc on related keywords (e.g. "how to get a job", "AI resume"). Full details in the program terms of use.
Is the 60-day cookie first-click or last-click?
Last-click with 60 days. If the person clicked your link and later clicked another affiliate's link within the window, the commission goes to the last click. Transparent policy, equal for everyone.
What if the user cancels the subscription?
You earn while the person is an active paid user. If they cancel in month 4, you received 4 months of commission and it stops. If they come back 6 months later, they are your referral again if you are still the last active cookie.
Can I refer myself?
Self-referral is not accepted - we will detect and pause the commission. You can (and should!) use Applier normally, just do not use your own link.
Can I be an affiliate and an employee?
Employees, contractors and direct family members cannot participate - it is a standard rule for affiliate programs to avoid conflict of interest.
