What is Applier and how does it work?
Applier is an AI-powered job application automation platform. You connect your profile once, set preferences, and AI applies to compatible jobs 24/7 with tailored resumes for each one.
Does Applier apply on my behalf? Do recruiters know?
Yes, on your behalf - using your credentials or our official integration with each portal. Recruiters receive a normal application; there is no indication of automation.
Which portals does Applier apply to?
LinkedIn, Indeed, Gupy, Catho, InfoJobs, VAGAS, and Glassdoor on the Pro plan. Ultimate adds proprietary ATS (Greenhouse, Lever) with roles often not listed on search engines.
Does it work for international roles?
Full coverage in Brazil and remote roles globally via LinkedIn. Full US/EU support is on the 2026 roadmap.
Privacy and LGPD
Is my data safe? Is it LGPD compliant?
Yes. ISO 27001, AES-256 at rest, TLS in transit. You control which portals to connect and can revoke at any time. We are fully compliant with LGPD (the Brazilian counterpart of GDPR).
What data do you collect?
Only what is needed: professional data (resume, LinkedIn, preferences) and application logs. We do not collect browsing history nor sell data to third parties.
Can I request deletion of my data?
Yes. Right guaranteed by LGPD (art. 18). Request via one of our agents or on the "My account -> LGPD" panel. Full deletion within 30 days.
Technical
Is the AI GPT-4? How does it write my resume?
We use GPT-4 and Claude in a pipeline. Each resume is generated from your profile + job description + detected ATS. You can review before the first application.
How do you detect compatible roles?
Combination of semantic embeddings (skill compatibility) and business rules (salary range, location, work model). Every role receives a 0-100 match score.
What is the "match score"?
0-to-100 score indicating how well your profile matches the role. Above 70 we prioritize application; below 50 we ignore by default - you can change this in preferences.
Billing
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No fees, no fine print. Cancel in 1 click on the dashboard; your subscription continues until the end of the billing period.
Is there a guarantee? What if I don't like it?
Free forever on the Free plan. On paid plans, full refund in the first 7 days of subscription - just talk to one of our agents.
What payment methods?
Credit card (Visa, Master, Amex, Elo) and recurring Pix.
Support
How do I reach support?
Talk to one of our agents directly in the dashboard (1 business day on the Free plan, 4h on Pro, 1h on Ultimate). Ultimate includes a priority agent.
Can I pause when I land a job?
Yes. The dashboard has a "pause applications" button that stops everything immediately without canceling the subscription. Resume with 1 click.
